The old Fresno County Coroner’s Office burned Tuesday morning. Fire crews responded to the abandoned morgue around 7:30 a.m. near Nielson and Highway 99. No other details were available. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Petroleum Fire initially started today at 5:16 p.m. in Fresno County. It has burned two acres of private land after being active for less than an hour, an increase of two acres since the last update. There is no update on the containment of the fire and its cause has yet to be determined.
