A 16-year-old boy was apparently struck and killed by lightning as he was riding his bike in a South Florida neighborhood on Wednesday, according to NBC affiliate WTVJ.
Police say the 2-year-old boy stepped off the curb while his mother was getting another child out of the family's car.
