Dutch police arrested 57 people after clashes between Israeli and pro-Palestinian football fans in Amsterdam, with the leaders of the Netherlands and Israel condemning the “anti-Semitic” violence.

THE HAGUE (Reuters) -Dutch police on Monday said they had arrested five more people for their suspected involvement in attacks on Israeli football supporters late last week which authorities have condemned as antisemitic.

Amsterdam authorities are preparing for another night of protests just one day after three people were arrested for smashing a window of a tram. This comes days after an attack on Israeli soccer fans.
